Guess What?  I am not a stock broker (I bet you can guess that by reading my posts – but here it is in plain english).  I am not a financial analyst, I am not a financial planner – in fact I am a financial …nothing!.  I am not trained in anything regarding finance or the financial markets.

I know what I know because I read books.  They give me ideas about how markets work, and how I might make money from them.  I take these ideas from books, and my own study of price action in markets over time.  Based on this, and my own awareness of myself and my financial situation, I make trades on markets – as you can see on the pages of this blog.

Guess What Now?  I know nothing about you (the reader).  I know nothing, and intend to know nothing about  you and your financial situation.  I am not giving you advice.  I don’t pretend to know how to give advice, or intend to be seen in any way as doing that.

I am happy for you to read what I do and be inspired by what you see.  Go read books, delve the internet, study graphs yourself.  Ask me questions about formations on charts – but don’t ask me what you should do with that knowledge.

Did you know?  Buying / selling / trading in shares, CFD’s, options, warrants – in fact any financial market, some of which are covered in this blog – can lead to great loss.  It can lead to the loss of your money, as well as other tangible and intangible assets.  It can also bring financial rewards.  Its up to you what it brings you.

If you see me write that I bought a share I’m not even pretending to imply that others should buy it.  Lets say you buy one because you saw it on my blog.  Lets then say I have an automatic trigger to sell it.  Then I have exited my position – I may (for whatever reason) choose to never write it up.  In this case you wont know when to exit it.  In your eyes I may still be in a trade that is losing you and me money, when I am truly long gone.  This will be your issue, and one with which I cannot help you, and am in no way responsible for.

In fact, as in all significant things in life, you are responsible for your actions – not me or anyone else.

If you like a share you see written up here, and you think the entry is elegant – please do with that knowledge what you will.  In fact – comment on the blog.  By sharing communications we learn.  But be aware you are responsible for you!  I am not offering advice, and do not write any of this with the expectation that you will trade as I do.   In fact – there is a very good chance that you know more than me – go with that if you wish!
